Kamaruddin is a professional CRM and Digital Business Architect, Subject Matter Expert, Trainer, Mentor and Consultant with over 21 years of working experience in financial industry, serving global and regional banks. He served in the frontlines during the first 5 years of his banking career, responsible for customer service operations, sales and relationship management, branch management, trade services and credit services.
He then moved to Head Office functions to specialize in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital implementation for retail and corporate banking business. He led and managed many successful implementations of medium to large scale CRM and Digital initiatives across key business functions and customer contact points.
Kamaruddin had also travelled to many parts of the world, including UK, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, UAE, Thailand and Indonesia to lead and facilitate CRM workshops, present CRM papers and provide CRM coaching and consulting services for CRM implementation.
