About CRM Academy

Hello. My name is Kamaruddin Ibrahim. I am a CRM and Digital business architect, subject matter expert, trainer, mentor and consultant with over 21 years of working experiences in financial industry, serving global and regional Banks, namely HSBC, Maybank and RHB.

I founded CRM Academy in December 2016 as a business vehicle for my independent CRM training, mentoring and consulting work with IT Solution Providers and Businesses within the region.

I graduated from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), USA with a major in Banking and Finance and received my MBA with a specialization in Management Information System (MIS) from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). I am currently pursuing a PhD with Meritus University.
